These terms apply to AI Job Watch, operated by William Doody trading as Undiluted.
Purpose of AI Job Watch
AI Job Watch analyses work activities and provides information about AI capabilities that may change how those activities can be performed. If you choose monitoring, it may also monitor a saved task profile and alert you when evidence indicates a material change to the assessment.
It is not a prediction of job loss
AI Job Watch does not determine whether a job will disappear, whether an employer will adopt a technology, or what will happen to an individual's employment. Technology capability is only one factor. Cost, regulation, organisational decisions, data access, implementation quality and human accountability can materially affect real-world adoption.
Information, not professional advice
The service is provided for general informational and career-reflection purposes. It is not legal, financial, employment, recruitment or other professional advice. AI-generated analysis and external evidence can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Review the reasoning, evidence and limitations before relying on the output for an important decision and obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary.
Your information
You must have the right to provide information you submit. Keep submissions relevant to the work being assessed. Do not upload confidential employer material, trade secrets, security credentials, personal data about other people or sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary and you are authorised to provide it.
Monitoring and alerts
Monitoring is designed to identify developments that appear materially relevant to the confirmed task profile and that materially change the current monitored assessment. It does not promise to identify every relevant development or to send an alert immediately. Sources can change, external services can fail, and the interpretation of a capability may later prove incomplete.
You are responsible for keeping access to private monitoring-management links secure. Anyone who obtains a valid private management link may be able to use the actions available through that link until it expires or is replaced.
Availability and changes
The current service is offered free of charge. We may modify, suspend or withdraw features, introduce reasonable usage limits, or change how the service operates. If a paid service is introduced later, pricing and any additional terms will be presented before a user is charged.
Age
The current release is intended for people aged 18 or over.
Acceptable use
You may not use AI Job Watch to attack, probe, overload or interfere with the service; attempt to bypass access controls; submit malware; misuse another person's private management link; or use automated means to consume the service at unreasonable scale without permission.
