Privacy Notice
Last updated: 1 October 2026
AI Job Watch is operated by William Doody trading as Undiluted. This notice explains how personal data is handled when you use the AI Job Watch assessment and optional monitoring service.
What we process
For an initial assessment, we process the role information you type or upload so that the assessment can be generated. Original uploaded documents are processed transiently and are not intentionally retained by AI Job Watch as stored user files after the request has been processed. Profile generation is designed to retain only role-relevant information and to exclude personal or sensitive details that are not needed to understand the work.
If you choose monitoring, we store your email address, the task profile derived from your assessment, optional industry and country information, monitoring status, consent choices, and records needed to operate and secure the service. We do not retain the original uploaded supporting documents as monitoring records. We also keep minimal product-event records, such as an assessment being completed or a share action being used, without putting the submitted job text or email address into those event records.
Why we process it
- to provide the assessment or monitoring service you request;
- to verify and manage your monitoring preferences and secure the service;
- to send service messages such as verification, management and material-change alerts;
- to understand basic product usage without putting private job/profile content into product-event records;
- to send information about future Undiluted product releases only where you have separately opted in to those emails.
AI processing and service providers
AI Job Watch uses Hostinger to host the public web application, GitHub Actions to run the scheduled monitoring process, Supabase for database infrastructure, OpenAI for AI processing and web-assisted evidence analysis, and Resend for transactional email.
The Job Watch Supabase project is hosted in the Ireland AWS region (eu-west-1). Private monitoring records remain in the separate Job Watch database boundary and are not pooled with Career Clarity private assessment data.
OpenAI API requests are configured not to store a reusable Responses application-state record. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default. Its standard abuse-monitoring logs may contain submitted content and responses and are normally retained for up to 30 days, subject to stated legal, safety and service exceptions.
Resend processes recipient addresses and message content for transactional email. Resend states that stored customer data, including message content and delivery logs, is held in the United States. Its standard retention for email and log data on Free, Pro and Scale plans is 30 days. Resend's Data Processing Addendum includes safeguards for international transfers, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Hostinger, Supabase, OpenAI, Resend and GitHub may process operational or service data as necessary to provide their respective services under their applicable terms and data-processing arrangements.
What not to provide
Keep information role-relevant. Do not upload information that is not needed to understand the work, particularly special-category personal data, confidential employer information, passwords, security credentials, trade secrets or personal information about other people.
Marketing is separate
You do not have to consent to marketing to use AI Job Watch. If you opt in, you can withdraw that choice from your private management link. Service messages needed to provide monitoring are separate from promotional email.
Retention and deletion
Original uploaded documents are not intentionally retained by AI Job Watch as stored user files after processing. If you request monitoring but do not verify your email, the pending monitoring profile is scheduled for deletion after seven days. If you activate monitoring, the derived task profile, contact details and monitoring records are retained while that monitor remains in use. Your private management page provides a deletion control that deletes the monitoring profile and stops monitoring. Limited operational, security, legal or suppression records may be retained where reasonably necessary to secure the service, comply with law or honour an opt-out.
Your rights
Depending on applicable data-protection law, you may have rights including access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority. In Ireland, this is the Data Protection Commission.
